Artisan Sourdough Breads

"Growing up in Bavaria, I’ve come to enjoy wholesome and tasty sourdough bread, freshly baked daily. We have decided to bake these unique bread in our organic certified bakery.
Timing and some characteristics of these breads is similar to Manna bread. The dough has to ripen over time. It takes just about three days before it can be turned into bread. This slow process ensures a highest quality bread, easier to digest, packed with nutrients - with loving labor going into each and every loaf.
There is no need for yeast, baking soda, dough conditioners, preservatives or flavors in these breads as well, just like Manna bread.
Our new breads have a wonderful and mild sourdough flavor, come pre-sliced, taste amazing and smell delicious. The loaves stay fresh for many days.
All ingredients used are pure and simple: Certified organic whole rye and whole wheat flour, filtered water, organic sea salt, organic seeds and bread spices. Nothing else – nothing artificial!
