Please read carefully. By completing your order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
We ship your order the next Monday. To ensure the shortest possible transit time, we ship all orders received through Sunday,11:59 pm (by midnight) CST on the following Monday, excluding Holidays.)
All sales are final. No returns/exchanges/refunds are given.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
By default, we ship to the address you entered on our www.mannaorganicbakery.com site, and not to your PayPal address.
A SPECIAL NOTE FOR ORDERS CONTAINING FROZEN BREADS:
Please note that Manna Organics, LLC does not guarantee that the bread arrives frozen. After baking, Manna Organics breads are packaged and frozen immediately. All our breads have a best by date of 1 year if kept frozen until consumption, counting from day of manufacture. Please note, the best by date does not mean the breads expire after 1 year, this is merely a “best by” date recommendation. We ship breads with a minimum of 2 months on their best by date remaining).
We pack your order in a sturdy cardboard box and keep it in our freezer until turning it over to the shipping company in the late afternoon. Depending on your preferred shipping method, frozen items will begin to thaw in transit, or may completely thaw. It is recommended to refrigerate or re-freeze your breads promptly upon arrival. This is important, since we do not use any preservatives in our recipes in any of our products. We do not offer additional insulation or dry ice shipments.
IF YOU CHOOSE GROUND SHIPPING for orders containing frozen items:
Although most packages we ship via Ground delivery reach their destination within a few days, it is possible for your shipment to be in transit for up to two weeks after we ship. Please understand that WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for your order delivered after its intended shelf life. This is especially applicable from May to October, when it’s warm out. Your shipment is going over the road in the back of an non-airconditioned truck.
Again, please be cautioned about choosing Ground shipping.

When is my order shipping?

How and when do I get a tracking number from UPS? A tracking number will be emailed to you on the day of shipping. This occurs automatically through the UPS shipping software.
Default SHIPPING address: By default, we ship to the address you entered on our www.mannaorganicbakery.com site, and not to your Paypal address.

Canceling an order: If you choose to cancel your order and have already paid, we will refund your account for the amount paid, MINUS the non-refundable PayPal fees. This applies only if you are canceling your order although we could ship it. If we need to cancel your order partially or in full for any reason, 100% of the applicable purchase price plus shipping and tax will be refunded. If your order is shipped, we cannot cancel or refund your order.
