Cashew Bliss Fudge

Vegan – gluten free –REFINED SUGAR FREE—PALEo – NO bake
Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

1 jar Cashew Bliss Manna Butter
1 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a vitamix or high speed blender, blend the entire jar of cashew butter until warm
  2. Add coconut oil, pink salt, and vanilla and blend until smooth and liquid
  3. Pour maple syrup slowly into the blender while running on low speed
  4. Blend until thick and well incorporated
  5. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper up the sides
  6. Scoop the fudge out of the blender with a spatula, and press down into the loaf pan. Gently smooth until formed
  7. Freeze for 30 minutes. Take out, and cut into squares
  8. Store in freezer and allow to thaw for 5 minutes before enjoying, or keep in the refrigerator for a softer consistency
