Vegan – gluten free –REFINED SUGAR FREE—PALEo – NO bake
Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 jar Cashew Bliss Manna Butter
1 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup coconut oil
Instructions
- In a vitamix or high speed blender, blend the entire jar of cashew butter until warm
- Add coconut oil, pink salt, and vanilla and blend until smooth and liquid
- Pour maple syrup slowly into the blender while running on low speed
- Blend until thick and well incorporated
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper up the sides
- Scoop the fudge out of the blender with a spatula, and press down into the loaf pan. Gently smooth until formed
- Freeze for 30 minutes. Take out, and cut into squares
- Store in freezer and allow to thaw for 5 minutes before enjoying, or keep in the refrigerator for a softer consistency
