We added the goodness of creamy tahini and red onions with a touch of sweetness from raw agave nectar. These amazing kale chips are NUT FREE and also do NOT CONTAIN NUTRITIONAL YEAST.

The kale and tahini provide these kale chips with an especially stellar nutritional profile. According to FDA guidelines, they are a good source of plant-based protein, fiber, calcium, iron, riboflavin, vitamin B6, magnesium, zinc and selenium. They are also an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, thiamin, niacin, folate, phosphorus, copper and manganese. These contain all the good nutrition of a big green salad without the effort and the comforting crunch of a crispy snack.
All of our kale chips are made in small batches, all by hand. We triple wash and rinse the organic kale, apply the sauce and dehydrate the freshly coated kale, using slightly higher than raw temperatures, for 24+ hrs. We follow FDA guidelines in terms of safe processing temperatures, to rule out food borne illness e.g. salmonella, e-coli etc. After the kale chips are nice and crisp, we hand pack them and seal the bag immediately, locking in the goodness and freshness of this delectable snack.
