Cinnamon Date Balanced Bars

Vegan – Paleo – Gluten Free

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour 

Ingredients:

 For the crust

1 cup granola crushed
1/2 cup crushed up cookies
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp agave

 For the fluff

1/2 cup coconut cream

3 tbsp Sprouted Cinnamon Date Manna Butter

  1. Add all of the ingredients for the crust together and pat down in a small rectangular baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  2. Next add your ingredients together for the fluff and top the crust with it, then add your toppings of choice.
  3. Set in the freezer for an hour, take out, cut into bars and enjoy!
