Ingredients:
• ½ frozen banana
• A handful frozen blueberries
• 1 cup frozen cauliflower
• ½ cup frozen raspberries
• ½ cup frozen pineapple
•1/4 cup walnuts
• 1 tsp immunity powder
• 1 Tbsp purple sea moss gel
• 2 Tbsp ground seeds
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 scoops coconut protein ( ~ 1/4 cup)
Add everything to a high speed blender, adding more liquid if needed.
Transfer to bowl and top with cereal, berries, seeds, coconut yogurt, and our Sprouted Fig & Nut Manna Butter!
