To create them we simply take organic and triple washed green curly kale leaves, coat them with a flavorful cashew sauce, and bake them at low temperatures to help retain all of the nutrients. All of our kale chips are vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free, and paleo friendly. Our Say ‘Cheese’ flavor is even an option for those whole follow a keto diet!

 

A serving of our kale chips contains over 100% of your daily requirement of Vitamin C and Vitamin A, over 10% of iron, and almost 10% of calcium! Kale is one of the richest sources of Vitamin K and has a good amount of antioxidants, B vitamins, and of course, fiber! The vitamins A and K in the kale chips are fat soluble, so pairing them with heart healthy cashew sauce makes it easier for the body to absorb all of the nutrients. All of our flavors also contain super food turmeric, which is a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, and has been proven in studies to help with many physical ailments such as joint pain, high cholesterol, heart health, resilience to stress, weight loss and metabolism, mood, digestion, and much more!
