Sprouted Almond Flour Apple Crisp’

This cozy apple date crisp recipe gets its golden crunch from our organic certified, sprouted almond flour!

Gluten-free, plant-based, nutrient-dense & easier to digest.

Ingredients:
4 apples, sliced
6 Medjool dates, chopped
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tbsp arrowroot starch
1 tbsp lemon juice

Crisp Topping:
1 cup Manna Sprouted Almond Flour
½ cup gluten-free oats
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Toss apples, dates, starch, maple syrup, spices, lemon juice, then spread in a baking dish.
Mix topping ingredients until crumbly, sprinkle over fruit.
Bake 25–30 min until golden. Serve warm.
