Introducing Three New Organic Nut Flours

We created three new paleo and plant-based products that we think you will love! Our whole almond, sprouted almond and raw cashew flours are organic & kosher certified, low carb, gluten-free, grain-free and can be used in desserts, baked goods, savory recipes and even smoothies or overnight oats for an added boost of nutrition. Each variety is naturally full of a combination of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healthy fats, making them each an ingredient you can feel good about using. As a rule of thumb, nut flours are usually recommended to replace up to 1/3 cup of regular flour, or can completely replace traditional flour in recipes already calling for nut flour. Organic Cashew Flour

 

Why we love it:

Made with just organic, raw cashews, our cashew flour is a nutrient-rich flour substitute in your baked goods or savory recipes. Try using it in cookies, oatmeal, grain free breads, smoothies or even sprinkle it top of your favorite pasta recipe as a quick plant-based parmesan substitute or vegan cheese! Per one ounce serving our cashew flour offers 160 calories, 12 grams of fat, 9 grams of carbs and 5 grams of plant-based protein and is also a good source of iron. This nut flour gives recipes a buttery flavor and adds a depth of creaminess while remaining completely dairy-free.

Organic Whole Almond Flour

Why we love it:

Our natural almond flour is made with whole almonds sourced from Italy or Spain and they tend to have a bright, sweet flavor that lends itself well to grain-free baking! The whole almond is used to keep all the good nutrition completely intact. Try incorporating it in recipes like muffins, cakes, pancakes, scones or even as a breading on air-fried veggies! Per one ounce serving our raw almond flour offers 160 calories, 14 grams and 6 grams of plant-based protein. It’s also high in antioxidants Vitamin E and Magnesium!

Organic Sprouted Almond Flour

Why we love it:

We use the same great organic almonds in our sprouted almond flour, but take them one step further by soaking them, rinsing thoroughly and dehydrating until crisp. In doing so enzymes are released which help increase nutrient bio-availability, which help to make the proteins, heart-healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that much easier for your body to absorb. Our sprouted almond flour can be used in the same paleo or plant-based recipes as recommended for our other nut flours and is a great option for those who might typically have trouble digesting nuts.
