Manna Butter Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar Manna Butter of choice
  • 3 tablespoons coconut or oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or liquid honey
  • 10 oz dark chocolate

 

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine Manna Butter, flour and sweetener. Mix until well combined. Let the dough sit in the freezer for about 30 minutes, until firm but not solid.
Break the dark chocolate into pieces and melt in a double boiler (simmer a bowl of water and rest a bowl gently on top of the water). Be careful not to mix any water with the chocolate. Stir the melting chocolate until completely smooth and set aside.
Line a mini muffin tray with muffin liners.

Add a tablespoon of melted chocolate to the bottom of each liner and then freeze for ten minutes.
Once solid, add a tablespoon of the Manna Butter mixture to the middle of each muffin liner.
Finally, add a half tablespoon of the rest of the melted chocolate to the top layer of all the nut butter cups.
Garnish with chopped nuts, sprinkles or salt flakes.

Let set in the freezer for a few minutes and take out to serve. You can dip them again after the first layer has set for added chocolate-y goodness if you prefer.
