Banana Bread & Brownie Two Layer Bars

Paleo – Vegan – Gluten Free

For the banana bread layer:

2 bananas mashed
2.5 tbsp Sprouted Amaretto Almond Manna Butter
2/3 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour + 1 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp baking powder
1 flax egg

For the brownie layer:

2/3 cup almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 flax egg

1. Line or spray a 8×8 parchment pan and preheat the oven to 350F
2. Mix the banana bread better together and spread throughout the bottom of the pan
3. Mix the brownie batter together and spread over top of the banana bread batter
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until done and enjoy!
