Cinnamon Date Manna Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
1 loaf Cinnamon Date Manna Bread, sliced

Caramel Sauce:
5 Medjool dates
1/3 cup raw agave nectar
1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan sea salt
1/4 cup pure water

 Vanilla Cream Sauce:
1 vanilla bean pod, scraped
2/3 cup young coconut meat
2/3 cup soaked raw cashews
1 1/2 cup coconut water
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup raw agave nectar
Pinch Pink Himalayan sea salt

Recipe:
To Start:

Slice your Manna Bread into ½ inch pieces and set aside. Place Vanilla Cream Sauce ingredients in the blender until smooth. Set aside about 1/2 cup of Vanilla Cream Sauce for topping post-baking/dehydrating.

To Prepare:
Butter your slices with coconut oil and place slices in a shallow casserole dish. Pour a small amount of vanilla cream sauce in the bottom of the dish before you place your slices in it. Pour remaining vanilla cream sauce over your slices and place in the oven set at 200° F for 2 hours. Meanwhile, thoroughly blend all the caramel sauce ingredients and set aside.
When time is up, remove your bread pudding from the oven. Place a warm slice of pudding on a dish. Scoop out some warm vanilla cream sauce onto your slice. Then, spoon some caramel sauce on top. Place another warm slice of pudding on top the previous slice and top with warm vanilla cream sauce again and caramel sauce again. Drizzle some of the vanilla cream sauce that was set aside in the beginning onto it all. Now enjoy!
