Sprouted Cinnamon Date Manna Butter Truffles

Vegan – Gluten Free

yield: 10 truffles

Ingredients:
1 cup Sprouted Cinnamon Date Manna Butter*
¼ cup chopped nuts
7 oz dark chocolate

Instructions:
Scoop one cup of Manna Butter into a bowl. Hand roll the dough into small balls. If too dry, add a little maple syrup. Once rolled, let sit in the freezer until very cold and firm (about an hour).

Break the dark chocolate into pieces and melt in a double boiler (simmer a bowl of water and rest a bowl gently on top of the water). Be careful not to mix any water with the chocolate. Stir the melting chocolate until completely smooth and set aside.

Take the hand rolled balls out of the freezer and dip into chocolate. Place onto a parchment lined sheet pan or plate, and immediately garnish with a pinch of chopped nuts. You could also roll it entirely in chopped nuts or another garnish.

Let set in the freezer for a few minutes and take out to serve.
